The BullCraft M-LOK Thumb Rest 2.0 gives your support-hand thumb a textured, purpose-built contact point without adding unnecessary bulk to your handguard.

Choose from four distinct profiles to match your grip angle, preferred amount of engagement, and shooting setup. Every profile is available for either side of the handguard and includes upgraded mounting hardware suitable for real-steel firearms and airsoft replicas.

Not using M-LOK? If your rifle uses an Accuracy International-style KeySlot or standard KeyMod rail, shop the KeySlot / KeyMod Angled Thumb Rest instead.

Choose Your Profile

15° Angled

The lowest and most neutral profile.

The 15° Angled rest provides a subtle thumb ledge without forcing your support hand into an aggressive position. It is the best starting point if you want a comfortable, general-purpose index point that stays close to the handguard.

25° Angled

A steeper shelf with more pronounced engagement.

The 25° Angled rest raises the contact surface for shooters who prefer a stronger thumb index and more leverage against the handguard.

15° Angled + Canted

A natural-angle variation of the standard 15° profile.

This version combines the 15° rise with an additional cant that follows the natural direction of the thumb. Choose it if a completely straight contact surface feels restrictive or does not sit naturally under your support hand.

Contoured / Inset

The most defined and enclosed contact surface.

The recessed profile partially cradles the thumb, creating a consistent position that is easy to locate without looking. It is ideal for shooters who want the most positive and repeatable index of the four options.

Choosing Your Rail Side

Left and Right refer to the side of the handguard where the thumb rest mounts—not your dominant hand.

View the rifle from behind, as if you were shouldering it. Select Left for the left side of the handguard or Right for the right side.

If you are unsure, shoulder your rifle and note which side your support-hand thumb naturally contacts.

Fit and Compatibility

• Designed for standard M-LOK handguards

• Compatible with real-steel firearms and airsoft replicas

• Requires sufficient internal clearance for the supplied M-LOK T-nuts

• Not directly compatible with Picatinny, KeySlot, or KeyMod rails

Always verify that the mounting hardware does not contact the barrel, gas system, battery, wiring, or other internal components.

Installation

1. Loosen the screws enough for the T-nuts to pass through the M-LOK slot.

2. Position the thumb rest where your support-hand thumb naturally lands.

3. Confirm that both T-nuts rotate and seat correctly behind the slot.

4. Tighten the screws evenly to a maximum of 15 in-lb, or follow the lower specification if required by your handguard manufacturer.

5. Confirm that the rest is secure and recheck the hardware after its first use.

Do not overtighten.
