🔄 Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
⚠️ Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise approved on a case-by-case basis.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Returns must be authorized via bullcraftind@gmail.com prior to sending.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔧 Issues or Damages
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
You have 24 hours from delivery to report damage, defects, or incorrect items.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order products
- Electronics and batteries
- Hazardous materials

- Products showing signs of use, neglect, or modification
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Return your item (if approved), then place a new order separately.
🌍 EU Customers
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel/return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item meets the condition standards listed above.
💸 Refunds & Credit
Bull Craft does not offer refunds in most cases.
Approved returns may result in store credit or item replacement.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to accepted returns.
- Store credit issued within 1–2 weeks of receiving your return, often times quicker.
- Returned items must be in original, unmarred condition with intact packaging.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled only while in Pending status.
Orders including upgrades, tuning, or repair work cannot be canceled once work begins.
Undeliverable orders returned by UPS will incur:
- 15% restocking fee
- Return shipping deduction from any refund
🚫 Warranty Exclusions
Product failure due to improper use, neglect, extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
High-voltage battery claims are handled case-by-case.
