Scope Objective Caps

Protect your glass, reduce unwanted reflections, and keep your optic ready for use with BullCraft Scope Objective Caps.

Designed specifically for the objective end of your optic, our Scope Caps use a simple friction-fit mounting system with no screws, clamps, or permanent modifications required. Each cap includes a solid protective flip cover retained by elastic cord. Flip it open and completely out of the way when it's time to use your optic, or close it to protect your objective lens from dirt, debris, and damage during transport and storage.

Available in Open Objective and Killflash configurations.

Open Objective

Maximum light transmission with nothing between you and your optic.

With the protective cover flipped open, the Open Objective Cap leaves the objective completely unobstructed for maximum light transmission and image clarity.

A great choice for users who want the added protection of a solid objective cover without anything remaining in front of the glass while the optic is in use.

Killflash

Reduce objective reflections while maintaining a clear sight picture.

The Killflash version features an integrated honeycomb structure positioned in front of the objective lens to help reduce visible reflections from the optic.

The solid protective cover can still be flipped completely out of the way while leaving the killflash in place during use.

How to Choose Your Size

Cap size refers to the outside diameter of your optic—not the advertised objective lens diameter.

For the best fit, use a set of calipers to measure the outside diameter (OD) of the scope housing at the objective end where the cap will be installed.

The Scope Cap slides approximately 10mm onto the optic, so make sure you're measuring the portion of the housing where the cap will actually sit.

For example:

If the outside diameter of your objective housing measures 50mm, select the 50mm Scope Cap.

Don't go by the number on your scope.

A scope advertised as a 1-6x24 has a 24mm objective lens. That does not mean the outside of the scope housing measures 24mm.

For example, several popular 1-8x24 LPVOs actually require a 30mm objective cap.

When in doubt, measure your optic before ordering.
