M240 Airsoft Lightweight Outer Barrels
Reduce front-end weight and customize the profile of your M240 airsoft replica with a Bull Craft lightweight outer barrel. Available in 8", 15" and 20" lengths, the lineup includes dimpled and non-dimpled designs with optional front-sight and front Picatinny-rail configurations.
Each barrel is manufactured from SLS-printed Nylon PA12 and supplied in black. This lightweight construction significantly reduces the weight of the original M240 front end while retaining a clean external profile.
Available Configurations
8" Outer Barrels
- 8" Dimpled — No Front Sight
- 8" Dimpled — Front Sight
The 8" configuration creates the shortest and lightest M240 front end in the lineup. The dimpled 8" barrel weighs approximately 6.7 oz, compared with approximately 1 lb 10 oz for the original factory barrel.
15" Outer Barrels
- 15" Non-Dimpled — No Front Sight
- 15" Non-Dimpled — Front Sight
- 15" Dimpled — No Front Sight
- 15" Dimpled — Front Sight
- 15" Dimpled + Top Rail — Front Sight
The 15" barrel provides a compact profile without going as short as the 8" configuration. It is approximately 8" shorter than the original factory barrel.
Recommended inner-barrel length: 410–430mm
20" Outer Barrels
- 20" Dimpled — No Front Sight
- 20" Dimpled — Front Sight
- 20" Dimpled + Top Rail — No Front Sight
- 20" Dimpled + Top Rail — Front Sight
The 20" configuration maintains a longer M240 profile while still providing substantial weight reduction. The dimpled 20" barrel weighs approximately 7.5 oz, compared with approximately 1 lb 10 oz for the original factory barrel.
The original factory barrel is approximately 3" longer than the Bull Craft 20" barrel when measured to the thread tip.
Recommended inner-barrel length: 509–510mm
