BullCraft M240 HPA Gearbox Shell

The BullCraft M240 HPA Gearbox Shell is a purpose-built replacement for the heavy factory gearbox found in compatible M240 airsoft replicas.

The stock gearbox weighs approximately 1 lb 9 oz. With a PolarStar engine installed, the complete BullCraft assembly weighs only 8 oz—cutting more than a pound from the center of the gun.

Beyond the weight savings, the shell provides proper engine alignment, more room for wiring and FCU routing, and a much cleaner installation than modifying the original gearbox.

M240 Compatibility

Designed for the Golden Eagle OEM M240B platform, including compatible replicas sold under the following brands:

• Golden Eagle M240B

• Lancer Tactical LT-240

• Cybergun/FN M240B models manufactured by Golden Eagle

• Matrix-branded M240B models based on the Golden Eagle OEM platform

This shell is not designed for the older Echo1/JG-style M240 platform. Because M240 branding can vary between retailers and production runs, contact us before ordering if you are unsure which version you have.

HPA Engine Compatibility

Designed for PolarStar and Wolverine HPA engine configurations using an M249-spec nozzle.

The shell properly positions the engine without requiring a separate engine shim kit.

Grip Line Options

The standard grip line is approximately 10 inches long, placing the air fitting near the buffer tube area.

An optional 14-inch grip line is available for builders who want more flexibility when positioning the air fitting. Cut the line to the desired length and install your preferred fitting.

PolarStar Electronics Package Available

For PolarStar conversions, an optional electronics package is available with:

• BullCraft M240 HPA Gearbox Shell

• PolarStar plug board

• Trigger switch

• JST wire

This package provides the gearbox shell and supporting electronics needed for a cleaner PolarStar installation.

HPA engine, FCU, wiring harness, regulator, air fitting, and any other components not specifically listed are not included.
