Tribe Tactical BFM-200 Type 1 M249 Airsoft Magazine Conversion

Premium 200-round shell profile. Approximately 5,000-BB airsoft capacity. Powered by Bull Craft’s Cattle Drive™ feeding system.

This Bull Craft conversion transforms the Tribe Tactical Supply BFM-200 Type 1 nutsack shell into a high-capacity electric airsoft magazine for compatible M249-style support-weapon platforms.

Choose a complete magazine with the Tribe Tactical BFM-200 Type 1 shell and Bull Craft insert, or purchase the insert by itself for a compatible BFM-200 Type 1 shell you already own.

The “200-round” designation refers to the original BFM-200 shell format. When converted for airsoft use, the magazine holds approximately 5,000 BBs.

BFM-200 Insert Only

For customers who already own a compatible Tribe Tactical Supply BFM-200 Type 1 shell. This option includes the Bull Craft airsoft insert without the fabric shell.

Important Shell Compatibility

This insert is engineered specifically for the Tribe Tactical Supply BFM-200 Type 1 shell. It is not designed for standard airsoft M249 box-magazine shells, BFM-100 shells or unrelated 200-round-style magazines.

BFM-200 Shell Construction

The Tribe Tactical BFM-200 Type 1 is built from higher-quality materials than typical airsoft magazine shells. Its field-ready construction includes laser-cut laminate material, mil-spec fabric, mil-spec thread, mil-spec hook-and-loop and a secured zipper with a Cordura laminate pull.

The Type 1 shell loads through a zipper running from the bottom partially up one side, providing wider access when loading or servicing the magazine.

Cattle Drive™ Feed System

The Bull Craft insert uses our Cattle Drive™ Springless Clutch Drive Feeding System for consistent motor-driven feeding during sustained fire. Its high-torque motor and external speed adjustment allow the magazine to be tuned for different airsoft builds and rates of fire.

Platform and Feed Block Options

AEG and HPA Compatibility

AEG Setup

Select the AEG configuration when using the magazine with a compatible electronically controlled AEG. A separate Trigger Control Unit is not required for the standard AEG configuration.

HPA Setup

HPA platforms using PolarStar or Wolverine engines require a compatible Trigger Control Unit. A standard FCU cannot provide sufficient power for the magazine motor.

If you already own a compatible Airsoft Junkiez TCU, no additional unit is required. Otherwise, select the appropriate PolarStar or Wolverine TCU when ordering or purchase a compatible TCU here.

Connector and Wiring Information

The insert is supplied with approximately 6.5 inches of wire and no battery connector installed by default. This allows you to choose JST, Deans/T-Plug or another connector that matches your build.

Bull Craft can install your preferred connector at no additional charge. Include the connector type and required wire length in your order notes.

U.S. Shipping Restriction

The Tribe Tactical Supply BFM-200 shell cannot be shipped outside the United States. The Bull Craft insert-only configuration may be available for international shipping.

International customers should select the insert-only option and provide their own compatible BFM-200 shell. Contact Bull Craft before ordering if you have questions about destination eligibility.
