90-Day Limited Warranty — Bull Craft Printed Parts

Bull Craft Industries stands behind the quality of the printed parts we manufacture. We design our parts for their stated applications and cover defects in materials and manufacturing under the terms below.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers Bull Craft Industries–manufactured printed parts purchased directly from us by the original purchaser for 90 calendar days from delivery.

Coverage applies to defects in materials or manufacturing that cause a part to fail during its intended use when properly installed and used according to the product’s instructions and specifications.

Proof of purchase is required.

Understanding Printed Parts

Our printed parts are designed for the applications described in their product listings. They have different material properties and load limits from metal components and should not be assumed to perform like steel parts.

Visible layer lines, minor surface variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of printed products and are not defects unless they affect fit or function.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Overtightening, cross-threading, incorrect hardware, or improper installation.

• Dropping, falling onto the part, collisions, crushing, or other impacts.

• Excessive force, misuse, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended application.

• Exposure to heat, chemicals, or operating conditions outside the product’s stated specifications.

• Alterations or repairs that cause the failure.

Ordinary wear and cosmetic damage from use are not covered.

A modification or third-party repair does not, by itself, exclude coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect.

How to Request Warranty Service

Email bullcraftind@gmail.com within the warranty period. Include:

• Your order number.

• The product name.

• Photos of the damage and installation.

• A description of what happened and when the problem appeared.

Stop using a damaged part. Do not ship it back until we provide return instructions.

We may request additional information or inspect the part to determine the cause of failure. If we deny coverage, we will explain the reason.

How We Resolve Covered Claims

For an approved claim, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. If repair or replacement is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price of the affected part.

We will arrange and pay for any return shipment we require for an approved claim and shipment of the repaired or replacement part. No restocking fee applies to covered warranty claims.

We will confirm the expected resolution time after reviewing your claim.

A repair or replacement remains covered for the balance of the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Accidental Damage and Older Parts

Accidental damage and failures outside the warranty period are not covered by this limited warranty.

You are still welcome to contact us. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer a paid replacement, a discount, or other goodwill assistance. Such assistance is discretionary and does not create lifetime warranty coverage.

Other Products and Services

This warranty applies only to printed parts manufactured by Bull Craft Industries.

Third-party products, electronics, batteries, complete builds, tuning, and repair services are subject to any separate warranty terms stated for those products or services. Contact us if you need help identifying the applicable coverage.

Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty is separate from our change-of-mind return policy. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
